In this session, Pastor Brandon gives an overview of the process of Observation.

In Observation, we ask the question, "What do I see in the text?"

• Start with a verse and highlight key terms, people, places, etc.

• Learn to read efficiently and effectively, i.e. read thoughtfully, repeatedly, purposefully, prayerfully, etc.

• Look for things that stand out, i.e. emphasized, repeated, alike, different, etc.
